Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town Gets North American Release Date in New Gameplay Trailer

XSEED announced that the farming sim adventure Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town will launch on Nintendo Switch on July 14 in North America, the game will launch on July 10 in Europe.

To celebrate the announcement, the publisher released a new trailer showing gameplay from the updated version. Players get a preview of the playable characters and farm simulations systems found throughout the game. Also, players get the chance to see some of the romanceable characters as well.

Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is a remake of the 2003 Game Boy Advance title of the same name. The game is being labeled as a complete remake of the original, which will include everything fans loved about that release as well as some new quality-of-life features.

During gameplay, players will grow crops, take care of their animals, and build relationships with the villagers. The game retains much of its retro 3D appeal, along with character illustrations for characters during dialog. In this entry, players will be able to participate in a same-sex marriage, which is a feature that has been requested by fans for quite some time.
