Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace Coming West to PS4 Soon, Maybe

The European PlayStation blog has accidentally confirmed that Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace will be coming west soon. Maybe.

The blog uploaded its regular segment, ‘These are your new PlayStation Store releases this week,” with art for the game in the thumbnail and a release date for the 10th of December in the article.

However, the link My Darling’s Embrace has on the EU PlayStation store is a dead link, and the game isn’t actually available. Additionally, Spike Chunsoft has not revealed the game yet, with the localized title. Whoops?

Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace (translated initially as Steins:Gate: Darling of Loving Vows) is a romantic comedy visual novel that functions as a spin-off to the original Steins;Gate. The game is set in a different worldline/universe but stars the same characters as the original while focusing on the lead, Okabe Rintaro trying to pay bills, as opposed to unraveling a conspiracy theory. Your choices will lead to him romancing one of many female cast members, so you can witness all the shenanigans that unfold.

Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace is probably coming to PlayStation 4 in the west sometime soon. It was rated in Australia, leaked in Europe, so the release can’t be far behind. It’ll probably come to the US first following this pattern, haha.
