Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II Releasing for Nintendo Switch June 2022; Restored Content DLC Confirmed

Nintendo has randomly announced that Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II will be releasing for Nintendo Switch on June 8, 2022. The first game is already available on the platform.

This legendary sequel developed by Obsidian Entertainment is widely beloved for its critically acclaimed storyline and writing. The Restored Content DLC will also be arriving soon, which is a mod that restores the game’s initially cut content. In particular, the following general game features are boasted:

  • Choose from three different classes of Jedi, each with access to specific Jedi abilities.
  • Choose the light or the dark side of the Force as you progress through the story.
  • The choices you make will affect your character, those in your party, and those who may join you in your quest.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was recently announced for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC in 2023.

Throughout this action-adventure experience, players are reintroduced to Jedi Cal Kestis, five years after the conclusion of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Still on the run from the Empire and feeling the strain of being hunted as one of the few remaining Jedi, he evades them alongside his companion, BD-1. Further, the combat system is stated to grow dynamically in innovative ways.
