Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Delayed to April for Polish

EA and developer Respawn announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be delayed from its planned March 17, 2023, to a new release date of April 28, 2023, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

The publisher shared that the game has been in development for three years and is in its final stages, they require an additional six weeks to add the needed polish to the experience. The team is now entirely focused on bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish, and player experience.

The team also gave thanks to big wigs at EA and Respawn for giving the developers the time needed to deliver the best experience for the players.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor puts players in the role of Cal Kestis once again, five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. No longer a Padawan, Cal has grown into a Jedi Knight and continues his fight against the Empire. Players will experience an enhanced cinematic combat system which includes Lightsaber combos and force abilities. There are ability upgrades that show Cal continues to find his power, with an added focus on exploration where players can navigate dungeons and solve light puzzles to progress.
