Square Enix, Sega, XSEED Games, Bandai Namco Entertainment and More Confirmed for E3 2021

Several more video game publishers, developers, hardware companies, and streaming companies have been confirmed to be making an appearance at this year’s E3.

The newly confirmed companies showing up during E3 2021 are:

  • Square Enix
  • Sega
  • Bandai Namco Entertainment
  • XSEED Games/ Marvelous USA Inc.
  • Gearbox Entertainment
  • Freedom Games
  • Devious Eye Entertainment
  • Turtle Beach
  • Verizon
  • Binge.com

Stanley Pierre-Louis, the President & CEO of the ESA, had this to say regarding these announcements:

“E3 2021 is set to continue its legacy as the premier video game industry event as we add new publishers, sponsors and partners. We can’t wait to share more details about this virtual event for audiences around the globe.”

These newly confirmed additions to the E3 2021 roster alongside previously announced companies Nintendo, Xbox, Capcom, Ubisoft, Take-Two Interactive, and Warner Bros make it known that there is certainly a fair amount of content for any video game fan to look forward to. Sony, however, has confirmed that they will not be making an appearance during this year’s E3.

With E3 2020 having been canceled, many have been relatively unsure of what to expect from the digital event this year, given the controversy the event has garnered and the amount of time there has been since its last showing. Though, with all of these companies now joining the fray this year, I think it’s safe to feel at least a tinge of excitement.

E3 2021 will be taking place from June 12 through June 15.
