Spike Chunsoft Launches a Real-Time Mystery ARG Called ‘Hidden Bats’; Solve Missing Persons Cases Over Twitter and Other Websites

Spike Chunsoft announced the launch of Hidden Bats, a real-time mystery ARG that takes place over Twitter and other websites.

Throughout the event, players will communicate with two missing persons and do their best to save them. The two individuals have access to smartphones, but these can only be used at a set time, once every two days for 11 minutes. The missing persons will be able to provide information and codes via Twitter. Once the information is provided, players must respond via Twitter with the proper password within two days to proceed.

Those who are interested in taking part can follow the official Twitter account of Hidden Bats where the two missing persons will provide information about the case, the missing persons themselves, and the mysterious images that serve as a code. You can also follow the accounts for Aine Ichirai and Binato Sotobara, who are the missing persons in this case.

Further information can be found on the ARG website where those taking part need to use videos from certain sources as a hint and decipher the code presented. Then, reply with the password to the missing person on Twitter, Send the correct password as a reply to the missing person on Twitter.
