Magical Adventure ‘Spells & Secrets’ Reveals November Release Date; Signature Edition Games to Publish Physical Release

Maximum Entertainment announced that they have partnered with Merge Games to release the Alchemist Interactive-developed magical adventure Spells & Secrets on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch on November 9, 2023. This is the same date as the Steam release.

Further, Signature Edition Games announced they will publish physical copies of the PS5 and Switch versions. You can pre-order the game now on the official website.

Spells & Secrets puts players in the role of a novice magic student embarking on their first year at the Academy of Greifenstein. The game is set in a world resembling our own, offering an opportunity to experience life and education in a magnificent castle filled with fellow students and professors who share a passion for magic.

However, the tranquil atmosphere is disrupted by a peculiar incident on the protagonist’s very first day. This unforeseen event plunges the entire school into chaos, and the responsibility to restore order falls upon the player’s shoulders. To navigate this ever-shifting magical castle and locate missing schoolmates, players must employ their spellcasting abilities creatively. Their journey involves confronting mystical creatures, exploring the expansive school grounds, and delving into the castle’s hidden enigmas, all in pursuit of uncovering the overarching mystery.
