NieR: Automata’s 2B Enters the Ring in Soulcalibur VI Next Week

Bandai Namco revealed the release date for a new crossover character being added to their fighter Soulcalibur VI.

On December 18, players will be able to play as NieR: Automata’s 2B. They’ll have access to her full move set which involves quick sword attacks and swift movements. The publisher adds that 2B wields two swords in battle, Virtuous Contract and Virtuous Treaty, which have both been optimized and crafted specifically for YoRHa androids. 2B’s fighting techniques include acrobatic leaps and mid-air slashes, along with fast evasions and counter strikes.

2B will available to all Season Pass holders and also as stand-alone DLC, which will most likely be priced at $5.99. Players will also unlock 2B’s costumes and accessories as part of the DLC including her YoRha No 2 Type B uniform.

Author’s take: So many awesome things to play are coming around Christmas, it’s like these publishers heard my plea to play some great games over the break. Well, keep ’em coming.
