Soulcalibur VI Just Got Better, 2B From NieR: Automata Revealed as Playable Character
Bandai Namco released a new character trailer for their weapon wielding fighting Soulcalibur VI, available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The trailer introduces a collaboration character between Bandai Namco and publisher Square Enix adding 2B from NieR: Automata to the game. The character will come with her signature attacks and dual wielding form as well as recognizable special moves.
Additionally, the DLC will come with a YoRha No 2 Type B uniform, new weapons, Background music, a new stage, and extra parts with stickers.
The trailer doesn’t give a firm release date stating “Coming Soon” at the end, but there is a bit of story hinted at between 2B and Soulcalibur VI character Ivy.
With more to be revealed in the future, I guess all there is to do now is watch this trailer over and over again as we wait.

Author’s take: This is a really cool collaboration that I feel fits within the world of Soulcalibur VI. Interestingly, I’m surprised they didn’t bring one of the Final Fantasy XV boys into the mix.
