Soulcalibur VI Reveals Hilde as Newest Playable Character

Bandai Namco revealed a new character for their fighter Soulcalibur VI.

The newest character to join the game’s roster is Hilde, who has a strong sense of justice as she fights to defend her people. Hilde uses a combination of blade and spear techniques as she switches between close and mid-ranged combat. Along with this addition, players can play through her story mode along with being able to use her attachments in creation mode.

Hilde is the first character to be added as part of the Season 2 Pass, which has four characters total, two of which have yet to be revealed.

Soulcalibur VI includes the usage of weapons in a battle that the series is known for while bringing it back to its roots and focusing on the events that took place in the first Soulcalibur. The game also includes guest characters such as Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher 3. A season pass 2 is available for the game that includes the DLC characters and weapons. Additional character available in the Season pass is Haomaru from Samurai Shodown.
