Igloo and Sega have announced an official collaboration, where the former has produced a Sonic the Hedgehog Playmate special-edition cooler featuring members of the core 16-bit Sonic cast at Green Hill Zone.
Additionally, an “expansion pack” of the Sonic the Hedgehog Cooler Collection is planned to launch later this year, including “another Playmate cooler, a softside cooler and stainless-steel drinkware.”

Sonic Superstars will release digitally and physically for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in Fall 2023 for $59.99 USD.
