Sonic Origins Reveals Brand New Artwork; New Ratings
This morning, two significant developments occurred regarding the largely forgotten Sonic Origins. This classic collection containing the original Sonic the Hedgehog trilogy (1, 2, 3 & Knuckles) and Sonic CD was announced last year during a Sonic Central event. Still, no news has been officially circulating afterward.
In fact, this new information comes from a recently spotted South Korean rating board acknowledging the collection’s existence and a leak from PlayStation Canada’s servers showcasing a new illustration.

UPDATE (4/19/2022): Sonic Origins has now been rated in Australia, further leading credence to the possibility of a shadow-drop or trailer arriving soon.
Hopefully, these revelations point to Sonic Origins finally receiving a trailer and release date because it has been almost a full year since we learned of it.
Sonic Frontiers is releasing for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC in Holiday 2022. A teaser site has launched. Further, the setting of the title was confirmed to be called Starfall Islands. Hopefully, gameplay footage of this is revealed soon because it’s been a while since its initial announcement.
In case you missed it, an official Sonic the Hedgehog Roblox game is available, titled Sonic Speed Simulator. It is an open-world experience boasting, as its name implies, an excellent depiction of Sonic’s iconic speed.
