Unspecified Sonic Origins Fixes On The Way At An Unknown Time
Recently, Sonic the Hedgehog social media manager, Katie, announced via a tweet reply to a fan that fixes for Sonic Origins are on the way. However, an unspecific variety of problems are being worked on, and specifics regarding which types of issues and when players can expect the upcoming patch(s) have not been stated.

For those unaware, Sonic Origins has been plagued by several snags since its initial launch, especially on PC, though the console ports also have their fair share of faults. Bizarre performance hiccups, peculiar stage behavior, and visual oddities tend to be the three primary umbrellas of issues throughout the content in this collection. A fan even compiled a video showcasing several of the more standout glitches.
Hopefully, this upcoming patch is extensive and is followed by additional ones that serve to improve this package. It’s honestly still baffling to me how these classic titles meant to celebrate Sonic’s history ended up being clear rush jobs that left sour feelings more than anything else.
Katie’s tweet confirming the arrival of Sonic Origins fixes is viewable below:
