Sniper Elite V2 Remastered Gets New Trailer Showing Seven Reasons to Upgrade

Rebellion launched a new trailer for their sniper shooter Sniper Elite V2 Remastered, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on May 14.

The trailer outlines 7 reasons why players should upgrade to the newly remastered version of the game. First off, the developer lists the game’s remastered visuals where the team has updated the environments, characters, weapons and vehicles, modernized rendering and post-processing effects, enhanced texturing and level geometry, a revamped lighting system, and other improvements and refinements.

Additionally, players can now use a frame-by-frame photo mode that will let them pause the game to take pictures of their best shots, including X-Ray lenses.

Sniper Elite V2 Remastered supports 60fps and 4K HDR settings for those who have any high-end consoles or PC. The game also includes all previously launch DLC including the “Kill Hitler” mission along with multiplayer and co-op multiplayer with up to 16 players online, 8 players online for Switch, with a handful of different modes to choose from.

Sniper Elite V2 Remastered has been updated for the modern gaming generation and the developers seem to really want their product in the hands of fans of the original release. So are these upgraded reasons good enough for you to pick up the game if you already own it?
