Sifu Launches Final Update on All Platforms sans Switch; 75 Challenges, New Outfits & More

Sloclap announced that their Kung Fu action game, Sifu, has received its final update, the Arenas Final Content on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. A launch trailer was shared to commemorate this occasion. The update is available on all platforms sans Switch, which will receive it at an unspecified point.

The developers released the Arenas Mode as part of an update last spring, and this final update will expand on that. Players will find a more significant offering in the Arenas Mode that expands the scope of the game, includes new locations, and introduces more difficult battles against familiar goons, bosses, and unexpected faces.

Players will find six Arenas, 75 challenges, an array of modifiers and cheats, as well as film-inspired outfits to customize their experience.

Sifu follows the life of the fighter who takes down those who wronged him. Players will hunt down enemies across multiple areas and rid them of the suburbs. Players must also use their environment to take down enemies and utilize various styles to survive encounters. The game adds challenge by having enemies gang up on the player’s character as they fight.

To overcome the odds that are heavily stacked against you, you’ll need to rely on your mastery of Kung Fu and on a magical pendant that will revive you after death. The cost of magic is dear, however, and you will age significantly every time you come back to life: time is the price you will pay for your revenge.
