Azurite’s Shinsou Noise ‘Mysteries of the Heart’ Gets English Opening Video by NekoNyan

Publisher NekoNyan has shared an English edition of the opening video for Mysteries of the Heart: The Psychic Detective Case Files. Also known as Shinsou Noise ~Jushin Tantei no Jikenbo~ in Japan, the visual novel was developed by Azurite. The new video shows the Japanese text translated to English. Meanwhile, the music is still the same, Shinsou Noise, performed by Haruka Shimotsuki and Ceui.

Mysteries of the Heart: The Psychic Detective Case Files tells the story of a freshman called Tachibana Kazuma. Having recently joined Shizunomiya Academy, a school on the city’s outskirts, he spends some time getting familiarized with his classmates, as the school makes sure all students have special teams for group projects and general bonding.

Along with a sizable team of individuals with unique personalities, Kazuma will have to help them in investigating mysterious cases going on at school. The first of them is called “the Case of the Stolen Gym Clothes”, which may not sound so spooky to be honest.

Despite that, it’s important to mention Kazuma has a very special ability: he can read peoples’ minds and thoughts. Though this may sound like a great asset, he’s unable to differentiate which thoughts belong to whom, which also makes his daily life more challenging. With so many erratic individuals to deal with as part of his group, dealing with this is likely to bring a big burden to him.
