Crayon Shin-Chan Adventure Game ‘Shinchan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation -The Endless Seven-Day Journey-‘ Coming West Along with PS4 Release
Company Neos Corporation has announced that Shinchan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation -The Endless Seven-Day Journey- will receive a PlayStation 4 version and a western release. Developed by Millenium Kitchen and directed by Boku no Natsuyasumi creator Kaz Ayabe, the new edition will be available in digital format in August, though the date hasn’t been specified.
While the press release only mentions the PS4 version coming to the United States and Europe, the official English website has both Switch and PS4 listed on the top area of the page. It’s likely that the western release will also include the Nintendo Switch version but it hasn’t been specified in the press release. Also, besides English, the game will include German, Spanish and Portuguese options.
Based on the Crayon Shin-Chan series, Shinchan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation -The Endless Seven-Day Journey- allows players to control Shinnosuke in an adventure through the beautiful fields and mountains of Assou. This is a rural Kumamoto town filled with lush vegetation and home to a mysterious legend.
Run around, play and explore the areas at your own leisure, doing various activities along the way. You can catch bugs and fish, grow vegetables, work at the stores and even use Dino Cards to compete with the other kids. The idea of the game is offering a ton of small things to do during a special summer vacation, just like in the Boku no Natsuyasumi series.
We’ll let you know as Neos Corporation offer more details on Shinchan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation -The Endless Seven-Day Journey-‘s western release.
