Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 Finally Launches New Story Content and It’s a Summer Event

Sega has launched a new story trailer for the Atlus developed mobile RPG Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2, available now on iOS and Android.

The update adds new story content to the game where the characters find a little time to relax on the beach. The event will last from August 1 through August 28 and will contain some pretty heavy story bits considering this is supposed to be a summer festival. The description of the event is as follows:

Interestingly, this all ties into their 10 Million Download Festival where players who join can get up to 5 5-star demons and up to 100 free demon summons. Additionally, there is a log-in campaign for players to earn extra rewards.

Originally released in Japan, Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 is sat in the universe of the popular Shin Megami Tensei video game series. The game features a post-apocalyptic world where players will make their way through dungeons and face a handful of demons who they’ll be able to fight, capture, and fust in order to build the most powerful party.
