Fan group Projeto Amala has announced that they have completed and officially released their patch that translates Shin Megami Tensei IV into Brazilian Portuguese. This project makes SMT IV fully playable in Brazilian Portuguese, down to texture changes and dialogue.
Below are the credits of the team who made it possible:

Currently, there are only two issues the team is aware of. The DLC content remains untranslated, but playable in English, for those who want to. Furthermore, there are issues with patching the EU/PAL version of the game that cause the translation to only work partially. It is recommended that you instead patch the US version of the game.

As a fellow Brazilian myself, I just would like to give my heartfelt “parabéns” to all the team that worked super hard to translate the game, and I wish you all a huge “boa sorte” on future endeavors!
