Persona Series Artist Shigenori Soejima Celebrates Persona 5’s 5 Year Anniversary With New Art
Honestly, I can’t believe it either, Persona 5 is now 5-years-old, and there’s nothing we can do about it but look back and remember how cool that first reveal trailer for the game was.
In those years, we saw spin-offs with Persona 5 Dancing Starlight and even a full update re-release with Persona 5 Royal, but we can’t forget when our hearts were first stolen.
To celebrate this anniversary, Persona series artist and character designer Shigenori Soejima share a new piece of key art with fans depicting Joker with his hand up and Morgana just being cute.
The tweet shared on the official channel reads:
“Celebratory artwork made by character designer Shigenori Soejima to celebrate 5 years since Persona 5’s release”
Recently, Atlus has been teasing a few new Persona-related projects, and many are hoping to see a new addition to the Arena series. Further, fans are keen to know what will become of a possible 6th entry.
It’s been true in the past that Atlus loves their big reveals, but the way Steam has been leaking early announcements from the publisher, I’d be surprised if they can keep announcements a secret for too long.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of any Persona-related announcements.
