Top Hat Studios announced that the Suzaku-developed adventure mystery Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story, will launch on PC-via Steam on August 25. Yes, that’s just next week.
The publisher released a new trailer that shows off the game’s main characters and various environments that players can interact with. Throughout the story, they’ll encounter puzzles and various items that will progress the narrative.
Influenced by games like the Fatal Frame and Clock Tower series, Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story has plenty of gamers interested in its cyberpunk noir premise and world. Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story is set in 2083 Neo Hong Kong as a woman named Mei Lin Mak is dragged into some unexpected supernatural horror. Mei’s perception of reality is brought into question as she finds herself deeper down the rabbit hole of this mystery. Throughout the game, she’ll need to explore complex settings as she pieces together the stories of 14 lost souls and discovers the truth of her own family curse. From the page, those eager to try the game can play a demo at the developer’s itch.io page.
In case you missed it, we had the chance to interview the developer to learn more about their approach to game design and the game’s story.
Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story is planned to release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in 2020.
