Sega Genesis Mini Takes Players Back With Retro “Genesis Does” Commercial
Sega released a new trailer for their Sega Genesis Mini heading to store shelves on September 19 for $79.99.
The trailer takes players back to the years of a console war that was fairly cutthroat with Sega and Nintendo as the two possible winners. In an effort to appeal to the cool community of teenagers, Sega coined the term, “Genesis Does”. This was meant to point out all the things that the Genesis can do that the competition can’t. Fast forward 30 years, Sega is bringing the term back for the Sega Genesis Mini and the nostalgia it brings is real.
