Scott Pilgrim Anime Reveals Opening Credits
Netflix has shared a new promotional video for the highly anticipated Scott Pilgrim anime, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, by animation studio Science SARU, director Abel Gongara, and executive director Edgar Wright.
Also written and executively produced by Bryan Lee O’Malley and Bendavid Grabinski, this anime series boasts the return of the live-action Scott Pilgrim cast, making this a truly unprecedented project.
The opening credits have been unveiled, highlighting the vast cast and their respective voice talent.
Throughout the Scott Pilgrim game, players control the titular Scott Pilgrim as he fights for love against the League of Seven Evil Exes. The title boasts 2D arcade-style beat ’em up gameplay inspired by the iconic graphic novel series and 2010 Universal Pictures film.
A complete edition was launched digitally in January 2021, with an impressive physical edition containing countless items for dedicated fans. Local four-player cooperative play is featured, where friends can share health and coins and revive each other. Friends can also face off against each other in many minigames such as subspace minigames, frantic dodgeball, and battle royale matches. Boss Rush and Survival Horror modes are also playable with co-op.
