Sci-Fi Visual Novel ‘fault – milestone one’ Gets Switch, PS4, and PS Vita Release Window

ALICE IN DISSONANCE and Sekai Games have shared today that the sci-fi visual novel, fault – milestone one, is launching on Switch this summer and will come to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita this fall.

All the new versions of the game will include brand new music and artwork, which is perfect for those that are wanting to play through the game for the first time, and those wanting to step right back in. fault is a series of sci-fi cinematic visual novels that are quite unique. Instead of having simply sticking to 2D, fault uses a unique 3D camera system which brings a visually immersive reading experience for readers/players.

In fault – milestone one, players follow the story of Selphine, a bubbly princess, and her sharp-witted Royal Guardian, When a sudden assault devastates their homeland of Rughzenhaide, the two are forced to escape… but somehow end up teleported into an unknown forest full of vegetation they don’t recognize. It’s from here that players will need to figure out how to help Selphine and Ritona get back to their homeland because being in a strange new world is pretty terrifying.

Expect for more details to be shared soon, but for now, here’s the E3 trailer:
