Scarlet Nexus Paid DLC Bond Enhacement Pack Releasing Next Month; Update Version 1.04 Out Today

Publisher and developer Bandai Namco have announced release dates for the future content of their sci-fi action JRPG, Scarlet Nexus. Firstly, Bond Enhancement Pack 1 is paid DLC that will arrive on November 17, 2021. Additionally, free update version 1.04 is scheduled to release today at 3 PM PDT on PC via Steam and 6 PM PDT on consoles.

The content arriving in the first paid DLC pack and free update will provide new in-game challenges, costumes, bonding episodes, and more. However, the specific price point of the Bond Enhancement Pack has not been stated.

Scarlet Nexus is set in the distant future, where a psionic hormone has been discovered in the human brain. This leads to people gaining extra-sensory powers and thus changing the world. Humanity entered a new era, but deranged mutants known as Others began to descend from the sky with a hunger for human brains.

These enemies aren’t affected by mortal weapons, so humanity is forced to rely on those with abilities to save the world. Players take on the role of Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall to uncover the mysteries of a Brain Punk future caught between technological dependence and psychic abilities.
