Survival Horror ‘Saturnalia’ Coming to Steam Later This Year With First-Person Mode Update Shown in New Trailer
Santa Ragione announced they will release their survival horror adventure, Saturnalia, on PC via Steam later this year. The game is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Games Store.
The Steam release will feature some added updates, including:
- First-Person Mode
- Film Noir Mode
- Photo Mode
- New Accessibility Features
The developer released a new trailer highlighting gameplay showing off these new updated systems.
In Saturnalia, players will play as four characters who each have a connected storyline that ties back to the haunting traditions of an ancient village. Influenced by Sardinia’s folklore, players will have to navigate the maze-like village, which is procedurally generated containing mysteries and various ways to progress.
Each death will change the form of the town, but players will need to solve puzzles, open shortcuts with tools, and unravel the narrative as the different characters through gameplay. Oh, and there are these monsters hanging around that can kill you too.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the release of Saturnalia on Steam.
