Cham Cham Shows Off Her Special Attacks in New Samurai Shodown Trailer
SNK Corporation launched a new gameplay trailer for their fighter Samurai Shodown Season 3 content releasing on March 16, 2021, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Epic Games Store.
The gameplay highlights the first character available in Season 3, Cham Cham. Viewers get to see the new fighter show off her special moves in under a minute of gameplay. Thankfully, we’ll just have to wait a week to play for ourselves.
The Season 3 DLC will include Cham Cham and Hibiki Takane, along with two characters who are yet to be revealed. Hibiki is a character from The Last Blade fighter. Both characters aim to bring a unique style to the growing roster.
Samurai Shodown is a reboot of the 2D fighting game series by presenting it with a new 3D graphical look. However, the developer has worked hard to retain the classic fantasy Samurai manga look of the series. Samurai Shodown is set in the late 18th century after the events of Samurai Showdown V and prior to the events of the original game. Each of the fighters has a personal mission which leads them to encounter many of their former foes.
