Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is Full of Style in Debut Gameplay Trailer
Adult Swim Games announce they’ve partnered up with Samuray Jack creator Genndy Tartakovsky and developer Soleil Games to release Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time, in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in summer 2020.
Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is set moments before Samurai Jack’s ultimate confrontation with Aku. In this alternate timeline, Aku has trapped Jack, which forces him to team up with his closest friends and allies to fight against some of the series’ strongest villains.
Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is an action game with classic combat mechanics. The game also blends humor and drama to fit what fans love about the series. During gameplay, players will slice enemies using various techniques with over a dozen unique melee and ranged weapons. While fighting, new skills and abilities are unlocked to add a variety to the combat.
Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time will appear at the Adult Swim Games panel during PAX East, where Genndy Tartakovsky and head writer Darrick Bachman, will talk about some of the game’s key point. The panel will be in the Dragonfly Theatre on Friday, February 28, at 1:30 p.m. ET.
More information about Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time will release soon, including when fans can pre-order the game.
