Horror Visual Novel ‘Sakuranomori Dreamers’ Announced for PC in the west
MangaGamer announced that they will publisher the Moonstone developed horror visual novel Sakuranomori Dreamers on PC.
Sakuranomori Dreamers follows the events after a tragedy strikes Shinji Fukigami and the result is that he can now see ghosts. With his newly acquired sixth sense, he learns that a classmate has been murdered and her ghost will help him investigate how it happened. Throughout the story, players will see some horrific events play out as Shinji comes across some dark imagery as he finds himself closer to realizing what terrifying forces are at play in the shadows of his own city.
Sakuranomori Dreamers released in Japan in 2016 and is a fairly long visual novel with mystery themes and adult content. The game features multiple ending based and some horrific CGs that will surely scare the hell out of readers. I’m not completely sure at this time if Shinji will be able to romance ghosts in the story, but his investigation could inevitably be cut short if he ends up making the wrong choice. The game features five romanceable routes with the game’s heroines.
Currently, Sakuranomori Dreamers does not have a release date, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any future updates. Moonstone has developed Princess Evangile and Magical Marriage Lunatics in the past.
