Moe-Horror Thriller ‘Sakuranomori Dreamers’ Gets Western Release Date

MangaGamer announced that the Moonstone-developed horror visual novel Sakuranomori Dreamers will launch on PC-via MangaGamer on April 9.

Sakuranomori Dreamers follows the events after a tragedy strikes Shinji Fukigami, and the result is that he can now see ghosts. With his newly acquired sixth sense, he learns that a classmate has been murdered, and her spirit will help him investigate how it happened. Throughout the story, players will see some horrific events play out as Shinji comes across some dark imagery as he finds himself closer to realizing what terrifying forces are at play in the shadows of his own city.

Sakuranomori Dreamers released in Japan in 2016 and is a relatively long visual novel with mystery themes and adult content. The game features multiple ending based and some horrific CGs that will surely scare the hell out of readers.

There isn’t word if the Steam version of the game will be updated with English text at this time. Given that it was created by a different publisher, we doubt it.

Sakuranomori Dreamers will launch for $44.95 and will be available without mosaics in the west.
