Gamuzumi announced that they’ll publish the Winged Cloud-developed romance visual novel Sakura Swim Club on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch to release on September 23, 2021.
Initially released on Steam in 2015, Sakura Swim Club is another entry in the Sakura series of visual novels. This title explores the story of Kaede, an average guy who you can assume will find himself in a situation where some girls fight over him, or he ends up romancing them.
Well, that’s precisely what happens after he transfers to a new school and meets two of the cutest girls in the swim club, Hiromi and Mieko. However, when the swim club falls on hard times, it’s up to Kaede to help them out. I’m sure this ends up with some romantic routes, but be aware that these stories are relatively short and focus on comedic themes of storytelling.
Sakura Swim Club features many lewd CGs with the girls, but this will be an altered all-age version, most likely removing the h-scenes.
We’ll keep you updated on the release of Sakura Swim Club and any other visual novel coming to consoles from the publisher.
