JRPG Love Letter ‘SacriFire’ Revealed in Gameplay Trailer With Kickstarter Launch; Music By Motoi Sakuraba
Pixelated Milk announced their new game SacriFire, in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam, Epic Game Store, and GOG for a 2022 release.
With the game’s reveal trailer, they have launched a Kickstarter asking for $99,293 to fund the game’s development. SacriFire is a turn-based RPG inspired by 9os JRPGs. It is more specifically influenced by titles such as Vagrant Story and Xenogears. The story is fueled by standard RPG tropes, where players will travel between two worlds, the city of Antioch and Erebus.
The game’s soundtrack is from composer Motoi Sakuraba known for the Tales of series and Beyond the Beyond.
