Root Double: Before Crime * After Days Xtend Gets Switch Release Date in New Trailer
Sekai Games announced their plans to launch Root Double: Before Crime * After Days Xtend Edition both digitally and physically on Nintendo Switch on November 26.
The physical release will be handled by Strickly Limited Games and publisher ININ Games. Players have a few choices with a standard edition and limited edition available. There’s also an edition available with a Dakimakura Case of Yuuri and Tachibana costing around $140. Fans can pre-order any edition now.
Released on PC and then later on PlayStation Vita in 2018, Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- tell the story of a scientific research facility named LABO built by a lake on the outskirts of “Rokumie City. However, an incident occurs, and nine individuals end up trapped in the basement. One of these trapped survivors is a high school student name Natsuhiko Tenkawa.
Players will journey through his memories of the six days leading up to the incident and start from his viewpoint. Also, players will see the story from the squad captain’s perspective, who is attempting to rescue the survivors and the nine-hour escape that unfolds in front of his eyes.
Publisher EastAsiaSoft recently released a few physical Vita copies of the game as well.
