Retro-Themed RPG ‘Rise of the Third Power’ Gets February Release Date in New Trailer
Dangen Entertainment released a new trailer revealing that the Stegosoft Games-developed retro-themed RPG Rise of the Third Power, will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam on February 10, 2022.
Rise of the Third Power is an RPG taking inspiration from Europe’s political climate during the late 1930s. The publisher and developer boast modern RPG systems such as auto-saving and auto-battling. Further, western and eastern game design elements were incorporated into this title to make it a distinct experience that melds multiple sides of the world into one JRPG adventure package.
Rise of the Third Power introduces a power warrior Dimitri Noraskov, a hero to the defeated Kingdom of Arkadya. He rose up after denouncing his king and calling him a traitor and coward for submitting to the Treaty of Evenheart. The people of the kingdom rallied behind Noraskov and they overthrew the king. Now, he’s set on claiming the lands for himself and his power shows no signs of weakening.
Players will join a party of eight characters who each have their own abilities to use in combat. The quest is to stop a great war from happening, but that would mean fighting back against the most powerful army in the land.
