Rhythm Game ‘IDOLiSH7’ Receives Preview for Studio Trigger-Animated Music Video

The official IDOLiSH7 youtube channel, run by in-universe character, Banri Ogami, has uploaded a preview for a music video featuring the in-game idol group ‘TRIGGER.’ Fittingly, the 60-second preview for the music video ‘Crescent Rise,’ from season 4 of the game’s story, shows off that animation by Studio Trigger.

As revealed earlier in the year, there should be three more music videos to come, each animated by a different well-known production studio.

You can find the preview for ‘Crescent Rise’ below.

In case you’ve missed it, IDOLiSH7 is a substantial mixed media idol project that centers around the (currently JP only) mobile game available on Android and iOS devices — starring a collection of idol groups filled with characters with all sorts of motivations. The franchise has spawned several manga spin-offs, novelizations, a PS Vita game, a massive amount of fantastic songs, an anime adaptation (which covers part one of the game’s story), and even a ‘Youtube Originals’ series. Guides and translations are available if you want to pick it up. You can find all the currently released music videos on their youtube channel (run in-universe by one of the staff members of IDOLiSH7’s agency, Banri Ogami) here.
