Developers of Remothered: Broken Porcelain Detail Gameplay in New Video Diary
Modus released a developer diary for the Darril Arts games-developed sequel to their horror adventure, Remothered: Tormented Fathers, titled Remothered: Broken Porcelain, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2020.
The video details how the author Chris Darril took inspiration from classic horrors such as Rosemarie’s Baby, The Birds, and Psycho to piece together this narrative. Viewers get details on how conflicts within the game affect the cast of characters.
Additionally, the video shows how players will take on combat in the game and use their environment to survive. Players can search through the house to find useful tools in progressing the story and staying alive.
During Remothered: Broken Porcelain, players assume the role of Jennifer, who is Assmann Inn’s newest caretaker. However, things don’t go smoothly for too long as she finds herself going down the rabbit hole to discover the secrets that lie in the halls and of the building.
Luckily, she isn’t totally alone as she enlists the help of a potential ally named Lindsay. If that wasn’t enough for players, it seems Rosemary from Remothered: Broken Porcelain has found her way to the Inn as she investigates a girl’s disappearance. It seems that both stories will collide in this survival horror adventure which leaves a lot to be discovered.
