Horror-Adventure ‘Remothered: Broken Porcelain’ Delayed to October for “Polish”
Modus announced that the Darril Arts games-developed horror adventure Remothered: Broken Porcelain, will be delayed on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam from its planned August 25 to a new release date of October 20.
With the more appropriate time window for a horror game, this additional time will allow the developers to fine-tune their product. In a statement, the team added, ” We are incredibly excited to invite players into this wonderfully realized chapter of the Remothered story, but it’s important that we deliver the experience fans deserve. Having additional time for polish and to accommodate unanticipated longer timeframes due to the current global situation will help us do exactly that.”
During Remothered: Broken Porcelain, players assume the role of Jennifer, who is Assmann Inn’s newest caretaker. However, things don’t go smoothly for too long as she finds herself going down the rabbit hole to discover the secrets that lie in the halls and of the building.
Luckily, she isn’t totally alone as she enlists the help of a potential ally named Lindsay. If that wasn’t enough for players, it seems Rosemary from Remothered: Broken Porcelain has found her way to the Inn as she investigates a girl’s disappearance. It seems that both stories will collide in this survival horror adventure which leaves a lot to be discovered.
Gameplay features classic survival horror systems where players must explore environments, unlock new paths, and survive.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development of this Remothered: Broken Porcelain.
