Publisher Glootschke Games and developers Team Azule and Coin Drop Games have announced that The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time will launch for PC via Steam on May 28, 2026.
The title presents itself as a remake of a fictional JRPG, focusing entirely on the final hour of a game that never existed. Players begin at level 99 and jump straight into the climax, encountering major story moments, character sacrifices, and plot resolutions.
The game leans into this concept through a comedic and meta-driven structure. It also includes extras such as a digital manual, director’s commentary, and archival-style footage.
