Red Dead Online Launches New Legendary Bounty and Fear of the Dark Mode Event

Rockstar released new update details for Red Dead Online, the free online multiplayer mode featured in Red Dead Redemption 2.

The new update adds to Red Dead Online’s Showdown Modes with Fear of the Dark, this features supernaturally powerful Night Stalkers who battle against mortal Hunters. Players will receive an additional bonus payout of 3x Gold and 2x RDO$ with a variant of the Freak Mask given free to all players that win a round.

These masks and the haunting collection are available from Madam Nazar through November 3.

Bounty Boards have also been updated with new a Legendary Bounty for Tobin Winfield, who was seen around Thieves’ Landing. There’s also new clothing available along with a new Weekly Collectible List available for players.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Red Dead Online officially launched earlier this year and allows players to explore the world with a group of friends and be the rebel or lawman that they wish to be. The mode is free to all owners of Red Dead Redemption 2.
