Idea Factory International announced that their strategy RPG Record of Agarest War marriage will launch on PC-via Steam on February 1.
Originally released on the PSP in Japan, Record of Agarest War Mariage is a turn-based RPG that tells a multi-generational story. Players will choose a character, meet a mate, give birth to a child and continue the story throughout the many years of war and conflict. Each character has a different class including Attacker, Defender, Healer, or Support. Players will build the perfect party of characters to confront the Archdemon once and for all.
There is also a Deluxe bundle available which will include Character Art Book, Event Art Book, PC Wallpapers (x3), Mobile Phone Wallpapers (x6), and an Original Soundtrack with 58 tracks. All versions of the PC game will also have a 30% discount for the first week that it’s on the store.

Author’s take: I’m pretty excited about this game because it’s one that I would have forgotten about if Idea Factory International didn’t publish it. If you haven’t played any of the games in the series, I recommend checking them out because they are decent turn-based strategy RPGs with a nice romance system.
