Sci-Fi Adventure ‘Read Only Memories: Neurodiver’ Releasing for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch & PC Summer 2023; New Trailer

IGN has shared a new trailer for the MidBoss-developed cyber-adventure Read Only Memories: Neurodiver, launching for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam in the Summer of 2023. The lattermost platform also has a demo available.

Read Only Memories: Neurodiver has players return to the cyberpunk world of 2064: Read Only Memories a few years later in Neo-San Francisco during 2070. The game will feature recognizable characters, including Jess Meas, Tomcat, and Lexi Rivers. However, this title also introduces new characters, locations, and gameplay mechanics for players to discover.

The protagonist ES88 and other members of the cast as she helps repair people’s memories with the assistance of Neurodiver. Her organization, known as Minerva, is looking for the Golden Butterfly, a rogue psychic hiding away in the minds of others, slowly corrupting their memories.

Read Only Memories: Neurodiver features the ability to dive into and change other characters’ memories. The game will also feature updated art and various new unsolved cases to crack and multiple endings.

After a procedure giving ES88 the ability to dive into others’ memories, she had to give up her own memories in exchange. Further, with Golden Butterfly on the loose and wreaking havoc through the streets, players will need to do what they can to track down this rogue and access her memories.
