Razer Launches New BlackWidow V3 With a Few Upgrades
Razar has launched a new version of the BlackWidow V3 and the Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless, both with updated features and improvements.
“With the launch of the first BlackWidow, Razer created a whole new product category – the mechanical gaming keyboard,” said Alvin Cheung, Senior Vice President of Razer’s Peripherals Business Unit. “The new BlackWidow V3 now comes with a host of upgrades and improvements, whilst retaining the design and features gamers love, giving them a BlackWidow worthy of the legacy of its predecessors.”
The BlackWidow V3 features Mechanical Switch, available with either the precise, audible, and click actuation of the Razer Green Mechanical Switches, or the soft linear sound of the Razer Yellow Mechanical Switch, with added silicon that makes for a quiet experience. The keyboard has been tested for over 80 million keystrokes.
Both switch type freat transparent housing for brighter RGB lighting. These can be customized using the Razer software to personalize the lighting. Furthermore, the board offers a new Multi-function Digital Roller. This roller features a media key-set that can be used to for volume controls, play, pause, and track skipping, or reprogrammed through Razer Synapse 3 for virtually any function. There’s a slow the wrist rest, which is a must for some keyboard users.
