Rare Reveals Their New Project ‘Everwild’ Worked on by a New Team at Studio

During Inside Xbox XO19 in London, Rare took the stage to reveal their newest Everwild.

The game focuses on a work enhabited by alien creatures and curious humans. The setting is relaxing and full of adventure as players sneak about to collect materials and resources to survive. However, there is also danger in this relaxing world as players also seem to go up against some scary creatures. Matt Booty Head of Xbox Studios says that the game is being developed by a new team at Rare as a second-team work on Sea of Thieves.

Everwild is the follow-up project to Sea of Thieves, which wasn’t received well at launch, but has since found a community. Yet, it’s probably not what the developer had anticipated. Sea of Thieves continues to receive support and updates from the developers, but the direction of the game is still up in the air. That said, it’s good to hear that it will still receive support.

The publisher also released a new trailer for the game that reveals the environments and characters. The game seems to have multiplayer features, but more will be revealed in the future.
