Rage 2 Gameplay Showing Off the First Mission as Female Protagonist

As the world is gearing up to play id Software and Avalanche Studios’ upcoming shooter Rage 2, we felt that we needed a bit more time with the game in order to give the review that it deserves. That’s why we’ve opted to hold our review, and simply present to you the opening mission of the game. However, to shake things up a bit, we’ve decided to show what the game is like as the female protagonist — and all we can say is that it’s just as badass as you are probably thinking.

Rage 2 is a post-apocalyptic first-person shooter where players assume the role of Walker. Throughout the game, Walker’s skills and abilities will develop as they learn to survive in a vast post-apocalyptic wasteland. There are plenty of people who are looking to take control of the world, but most have been corrupted by greed or are just plain crazy. Gameplay focuses around first-person shooting along with a variety of different skills that the player can learn to use against enemies. Additionally, there is an open world for players to discover and ride through in a personalized vehicle.
