Rage 2 Doesn’t Pull Any Punches During 9-Minutes of Gameplay
Bethesda released new gameplay from the Avalanche and ID Software developed sandbox shooter Rage 2, coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 14.
The video shows 9-minutes of gameplay pre-beta footage where players can get a preview of the action that awaits them in the game. In this footage, players can witness Ranger Walker as he invades a camp and goes up against a mech, yes, it escalates pretty quickly. The video also shows more environments that players will be able to explore in the final game.
Rage 2 is a post-apocalyptic first-person shooter where players assume the role of Walker. Throughout the game, Walker’s skills and abilities will increase as they learn to survive in the post-apocalyptic wasteland. There are plenty of people who are looking to control the world, but most have been corrupted by greed or are just plain crazy.

Author’s take: This game just keeps looking better. I’m excited to see just how much freedom the player has in this world and learn more about the characters the reside in it.
