Quiplash 3 Coming to Jackbox Party Starter; Italian, German, French & Spanish Support

Jackbox Games just announced that Quiplash 3 will be making its way to the Jackbox Party Starter that was revealed to be coming later this Summer, with fully translated subtitles, voice actor dialog, and even the end credit songs in four new languages: Italian, German, French, and Spanish, allowing for players to enjoy the joy of quipping in their native language.

Aside from the localization options, the latest moderation tools from the latest packs, such as the ability to filter out text or apply a profanity filter, will also be included in this version of the game. In addition, some new secret new features that are going to be included in The Jackbox Party Pack 9 will also be available.

Quiplash 3 is a game where you get to show off your comedy skills. Players are sent a series of prompts to their device, and then those answers are slammed together against other players’ answers. The one who gets the most percentage of votes wins the game. This goes on for 3 rounds, with round 3 requiring three separate responses. 

The second and third games of the lineups will be revealed in the future. Since Quiplash 3 is considered a joking game, I’d imagine they would go for one of their trivia games next, but maybe that might just be my bias.
