Puzzle & Dragons Launches Evangelion Collaboration in the West

GungHo Online Entertainment has launched a new Puzzle & Dragons collaboration with Evangelion, available now on iOS and Android devices.

The event brings with it three new characters, Shinji and Rei, Eva Unit-01, and Gendoh Ikari, who are each available via the Eva Egg Machine. Other returning characters from the preview Evangelion collaboration have also returned with new buffs ana keychain Assist Evolution forms. Players are also about to collect Eva-themed Tamadra and plushie characters.

During the event, players will help the new and returning character fight through three limited-time Evangelion dungeons. The Evangelion Special Dungeon also has five difficulty levels and two floors for additional rewards and bonuses. Players will fight against the Fourth Angel, Sixth Angel, and Ninth Angel who can drop rare rewards.

Completing challenges awards Evangelion Medals to use at the Eva Egg Machine.

Puzzle & Dragons is a free-to-play mobile RPG where players fight through dungeons and fight using an elemental matching mechanic. Players are able to collect and evolve their units as they become stronger and take on tougher quests.
