Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 1 Trailer Highlights Phantom Brave Remastered Gameplay
NIS America released new gameplay from Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 1 coming to Nintendo Switch on August 31, 2021, in North America, and September 3, 2021, in Europe. This collection includes remastered editions of Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered and Soul Nomad & the World Eaters.
This trailer highlights Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered gameplay and gives players a preview of the game running on Switch hardware. This is the remasted version from the PC release and contains 50 recruitable Phantom types and all content from previous releases.
Both games are strategy RPGs that were initially released on PS2, and they will be packed in one collection. Each title will also really remastered-artwork and all the DLC from the original release. Yes, there was available content back then though it wasn’t as popular as it is now.
Phantom Brave was previously released on PC and tells the story of Marona, who lost her parents when she was still little, and a phantom called Ash. As the girl has the power to talk to phantoms, the two embark on an adventure to buy Phantom Isle and make friends. One interesting aspect of the game is the free-roaming gridless aspect of the tactical battles.
Soul Nomad tells the story of a person who gets a long black sword infused with the soul of a master of Death known as Gig. Using that power and building an army of allies, he or she will have to fight against the reawakened World Eaters who threaten the world.
