Pokémon Sleep is Actually Real; Releasing Summer 2023
At today’s Pokémon Presents, the Pokémon Company finally announced that the elusive Pokémon Sleep is real. Players help Professor Neroli research sleep by putting their smartphones near your pillow as you sleep, and the app plans to measure and calculate your sleep, dividing it into three states, Dozing, Snoozing, or Slumbering. It will be released in the Summer of 2023. Furthermore, the app will also be compatible with the Pokémon Go Plus.
Not much else about the application was shared, but at a quick glance, it does live up to its name. It looks a lot like the average sleep-tracking app that you would see on smartwatches, but with a Pokémon flair, similar to how Pokémon Smile helped you brush your teeth properly. We’ll be sure to keep you updated regarding further details on Pokémon Sleep’s release.
