Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Hidden Treasure of Area DLC Reveals New Trailer Highlighting Returning Pokémon & Battles
Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company have shared a new trailer for the upcoming dual Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.
Players can look forward to partner Pokémon from previous generations arriving, new battle moves, a new Tera Type, and more.
The first part of the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet DLC, The Teal Mask, will launch for Nintendo Switch on September 13, 2023. Players can anticipate new minigames, Pokémon, and activities to partake in, as well as plenty of new characters.
The Teal Mask will let players visit the land of Kitakami as part of a school trip beyond the Paldea region. In addition, a regularly held festival in the land will be conducted as players try to figure out the truth behind multiple folktales. The Teal Mask will also feature new Pokémon Okidogi, Munkidori, Fezandipiti, and the new legendary Ogerpon.
On the other hand, The Indigo Disk in Winter 2023 will have players study as an exchange student in Blueberry Academy. Cumulatively, over 230 Pokémon will return via both DLCs.
